A CruiseTech Brooklyn warehouse was an abandoned waterfront facility in Brooklyn. Once run by CruiseTech Industries, it was later occupied by a local gang.

“On February twenty-third, the NYPD is called by a young girl in Brooklyn. A police force arrives at the site, a waterfront warehouse in a desolate housing project area. The warehouse had formerly been a CruiseTech Industries facility, but was abandoned in March of 2013 on account of structural instability and poor conditions. It’s found to have been inhabited by a local gang that had moved in not long after the warehouse shut down operations."
