Go to your Account (https://www.graysontaylor.info/account/my-account)page, which is always accessible from the login bar at the top of every page.
 
You can also add a profile picture by clicking the Edit button beneath your name. Then, visit your Profile page to tell other members about yourself.

Go to Settings.(https://www.graysontaylor.info/account/settings) There, you can change your preferences to receive or not receive email notifications for site activity.
 
To unsubscribe from regular emails from Grayson Taylor, go to the bottom of your most recent email and click Unsubscribe.
