Wilder is an arms dealer in Arcis. He runs a shop on the aboveground train tracks, and sold Zach his rifle.

"I actually got my rifle in one of the shops there. A guy ran the shop who everybody called Wilder. I heard he got killed, though. Somebody shoved him off the tracks, and he fell three stories down and landed on his head. I think the person who killed him runs his shop now. Probably killed him just to take over the shop."
