The New Arcis mountain citadel is where the Sovereign Supreme resides, positioned on a mountainside above New Arcis.

A structure was built into the mountainside. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows stood just feet from Ash, a white glow emanating from within. The building rose several stories, made of glass and metal, impassive in the chaos of the storm.
