New Arcis is a city based on Arcis. Its structures are built of black glass, and unlike Arcis, it is located on a continent instead of an island.

Hundreds of buildings rose up on either side of snow-covered streets. Every single one was made of black glass, polished and smooth, reflecting the cold light of the sun.

The city of glass stretched on in every direction for miles. There was no sign of movement. A cold wind blew through the streets.
