The Authorities' jets are military aircraft equipped with missiles and exterior guns.

The fighter jets of the Authorities, sometimes transported on aircraft carriers like The Eradiator and The Retaliator, are black, sleek aircraft capable of remarkably fast maneuvers.

The engines roared louder, and Jayden’s fingers turned white as he clenched the throttle. “Brace yourselves!” he shouted, and slammed it forward.

The jet accelerated fast, tearing across the surface of the aircraft elevator. The group of soldiers standing in front were hit full on by the craft, and the wide wings of the jet smashed through hangar towers on either side. Ash heard screams as the crewmembers on top tumbled off the aircraft and the metal ladders clanged to the ground.

The jet’s vertical takeoff system engaged, thrusters burning to life on the undersides of the wings, and its wheels left the ground as it streaked across the hangar, completely demolishing everything in its path. Gunfire rang through the hangar as more soldiers poured inside.
