See the New Cover for My Next Book

I’m back with some exciting news.

The new cover for my mystery novella A Rogue Game, which will be published on all platforms by my company Winter Forest Press this fall, has been revealed. Here it is.

A Rogue Game is the first book in the Benjamin Adelson Mysteries series. I’ll be taking you behind the scenes of the book’s publication in the future—you can read about how I wrote it in this newsletter.

A Rogue Game was originally released on my membership site Taylorverse+ in 2021. But it’s getting a new edition this year, and will be released in both ebook and paperback formats this fall through Winter Forest Press.

Want to learn more about the book? Visit the new Winter Forest Press site for a preview, a playlist inspired by the book, wallpapers, and more.

I’d love to hear what you think of the cover—send me a message here.

Thanks for reading.

Recommendations

🎹 Music: This song from the score of LEGO Builders Journey by Henrik Lindstrand (The soundtrack for this game—which I haven’t played, but I am a LEGO fan—was a surprising discovery; a calming blend of piano and new classical music.)

📘 Book: Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick (The book that inspired Blade Runner. Quite different from the movie in some ways, it explores some fascinating ideas in philosophy and technology. A must-read for sci-fi fans.)

🎬 Film: Oppenheimer (2023) directed by Christopher Nolan (It’s Nolan and the atomic bomb. Need I say more?)

P.S. If you want to support the book, make sure to save A Rogue Game to your "Want to Read" bookshelf on Goodreads. Or if you’ve already read it, you can leave a review.

And while you’re there, you can add my upcoming sci-fi novel Catalyst of Control, too. Thanks.
