A scuba diving boat appears in Dark Waters.

As I was looking at the map and seeing where to go next, a diving boat came tearing through the water and slowed to a stop at the pier. I could hear shouting, and I looked up from the map at the boat. Before the ship had even fully docked, several diving instructors and crew members jumped off and set off running down the pier. Three of them sprinted right past me, one shouting into a radio while throwing off scuba gear.
