Lieutenant Kyle Cliffe is a security officer aboard The Legend. He works with other officers like Diego Rojas. While he doesn't serve as a lieutenant aboard the cruise ship, he is still referred to by his rank from his time in the U.S. Army. He left the army to have a more subdued career as part of the security force of Legend Cruises' flagship.

“We using tranqs or live ammunition?” I heard Officer Diego speak over the comm.

“Real bullets,” a deep, authoritative voice responded. “But be careful. We don’t want to end up shooting our own men.”

“Or women, Lieutenant Cliffe,” a female officer’s voice reminded him.

“Copy,” Cliffe responded in a dark, mildly annoyed tone. “Let’s catch that murderer.”
