Kar Morsen's hideout is an abandoned factory in the depths of Arin City.

Several minutes later, after crossing to a different side of Arin City, the ship descended to the lowest level of the metropolis, entering a dark, abandoned section I’d never seen before. It was cut off from the rest of the city by warning signs and barriers. The ship flew into a large, deserted factory, its tall walls grimy and run-down. It looked ancient. Debris and blackened shards of metal and glass covered the ground. It seemed like an accident had severely damaged the factory, and it had never been rebuilt. The ship touched down in the center of a large, empty, hangarlike space, the bottom floor of the factory. The ramp opened, and I walked out.
