The Kuautika were a Mesoamerican culture that occupied Enigma Island. They started as a group of exiled Aztecs, who, banished from their homeland, found Enigma Island. They speak the Nahuatl language.
The Kuautika lived on Enigma Island in the 17th century, and were apparently gone from the island by the 21st century.
Their name comes from the Nahuatl word kuautik, meaning high or great.
