Electric whips are whips that can be electrified, enhancing their damage. They are used by the Authorities' torturers.

The caped crimson soldiers unclipped the coiled whips from their belts as one and flicked them to the side, pressing down on a smooth button on the handle. A light ignited, and the whips glowed bright red, a humming noise emanating from them. In one swift motion, all four caped soldiers brought the glowing whips into the air and snapped them down on the surface of the platform. Red sparks flew from the impact, and the glow of the whips intensified to a blinding light for a moment.
