East America contains the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland, Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.
California, Oregon, and Washington united to form an independent nation. Alaska became a contested territory between Canada and Russia. Hawaii became independent again. All the other states formed West America.
