Candice Walters is a guest services worker aboard The Legend.
The crew member had introduced herself as Candice. I hadn’t paid much attention to what she had been saying, though I had to admit I probably did need therapy. Candice wasn’t technically a therapist, however, so I doubted she would be very helpful.
It had been a bit humorous in the beginning, listening to her try to help me, but after forty-five minutes of the same thing, it wasn’t remotely funny or enjoyable.
“I’ve already told you, I’m not going to talk about it,” I told Candice. “You’re not going to sway me. I get why you guys are doing this, but I don’t need this kind of therapy. So please, for the umpteenth time, let me go.”
Candice sighed. “I don’t think we’ll get much further in this session. Yes, you may go,” she consented. “Remember to come back tonight at eight.”
