The Authorities' shipping warehouse is one of several warehouses where materials are exported and imported by the Authorities.

Crates were stacked almost to the ceiling, and machines were positioned at various intervals throughout the huge warehouse…. In warehouses like these, parts, weapons, and other supplies were shipped in crates via helicopter or plane to wherever the Authorities commanded.... They ran through a row of crates, and up ahead, they could see several landing pads, a few of them occupied by helicopters and other supply ships. Overhead, the huge ceiling was slid back to reveal the gray skies above, through which cargo ships could descend into the hangar.... [Ash] caught a glimpse of the control center; a short, gray, angular building with a windowed observation floor that jutted out from the rest of it and overlooked the landing platforms below.
